Do you have room service?
Yes there is room service. A menu is in each room. In the room I had there was also an espresso machine (complimentary), tea (complimentary), mini fridge and bar (paid), and snacks (paid). The service at the hotel was amazing. They accommodated each of our requests, happily.
I can't tell from photos, but can we access the balcony on Granavia Floor rooms? It looks like there is a sliding door, but I cannot tell.
